1. Who is the data controller?

Kenneth Ochiabuto trading as Perfectly is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We recommend you register with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you have not already done so.

2. What data we collect

When you complete the free business health check, we collect:

  • Identity data: first name, last name
  • Contact data: email address, phone number (optional)
  • Business data: business name, website URL, business type, industry, team size, years trading
  • Health check responses: your selected challenges, severity ratings, goals, previous attempts, and any additional context you provide
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site (via Google Analytics)
  • Preference data: your preferred contact time

4. Third parties we share data with

We share your data only where necessary to deliver the service:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — your health check responses are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your personalised report. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data is not used to train Anthropic's models via the API. Anthropic Privacy Policy
  • EmailIt — we use EmailIt to send transactional emails (your report, and follow-up). Your name and email address are processed by EmailIt to deliver these messages.
  • Google Analytics 4 — with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google may process data outside the UK. Google Privacy Policy
  • Vercel — our website is hosted on Vercel. Technical data (including IP addresses) may be processed by Vercel as part of hosting and delivery.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Cookies

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

  • Email records (your report and follow-up): up to 12 months
  • Internal submission records: up to 24 months for business development purposes
  • Analytics data: as set by Google Analytics (up to 14 months by default)

You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 8.

7. International transfers

Anthropic is based in the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses) for any transfer of your data outside the UK. Google Analytics data may also be transferred internationally under equivalent safeguards.

8. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ('right to be forgotten')
  • Right to restriction — request we limit how we use your data
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent for analytics at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@perfectly.report. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
