Health check responses: your selected challenges, severity ratings, goals, previous attempts, and any additional context you provide
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site (via Google Analytics)
Preference data: your preferred contact time

4. Third parties we share data with

We share your data only where necessary to deliver the service:

Anthropic (Claude AI) — your health check responses are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your personalised report. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data is not used to train Anthropic's models via the API. Anthropic Privacy Policy
EmailIt — we use EmailIt to send transactional emails (your report, and follow-up). Your name and email address are processed by EmailIt to deliver these messages.
Google Analytics 4 — with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google may process data outside the UK. Google Privacy Policy
Vercel — our website is hosted on Vercel. Technical data (including IP addresses) may be processed by Vercel as part of hosting and delivery.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Anthropic is based in the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses) for any transfer of your data outside the UK. Google Analytics data may also be transferred internationally under equivalent safeguards.
